How to Wash and Use Our Bisous Cloths

Wet the Bisous cloth with warm water and gently massage it over your face in circular motions. The NanoTech fibres effectively remove makeup and impurities without the need for additional cleansers. Rinse the cloth thoroughly after each use and hang it to dry.

While warm water is recommended for optimal results, however you can also use Bisous with cold water. The gentle fibres still provide effective makeup removal without irritation.

Yes, Bisous is versatile and suitable for daily face washing, whether you're wearing makeup or not. The soft fibres deeply cleanse the skin, leaving it feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

To clean your Bisous cloth, simply place it in a cool, gentle machine cycle with mild detergent. Avoid using bleach. After washing, hang the cloth to dry or lay it flat. With proper care, Bisous cloths can be reused up to 500 times.

Yes, Bisous cloths are reusable up to 1000 times, reducing the need for single-use makeup wipes and minimising environmental waste.

Our cloths are meticulously crafted to ensure effortless handling and exceptional makeup removal. Each cloth measures 40 cm in length and 21 cm in width, providing ample coverage for thorough cleansing. 

Shipping information

Our Gold Coast warehouse aims to have your shipment dispatched in 24-48 hours, during standard business days. Orders typically arrive between 2-8 business days after dispatch.

Please be aware shipping times may vary.

On check-out we ask for your email address. We do this because our courier company will email you upon dispatch with a hyperlink that will enable you to track your parcel as it travels. This will take a few minutes, please check your junk email if you have not received the link. If by then the link still does not appear in your inbox, reach out to our team on contact@bisous.com.au and we will re send a link.

At the moment, we only ship within Australia.

Returns and exchanges

If you’ve changed your mind after ordering from us, we do accept returns - with some conditions:

- The item you're returning must be unused and in re-sellable condition, in the original packaging.

- Returns must be lodged within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing us at contact@bisous.com.au Please include your full name and include the name of item/s you’re looking to return.

- Return postage costs will be at your expense. 

Once we receive the return we’ll inspect the item/s to ensure they’re unused, there’s no damage, and you have provided us with all original packaging.

If the item meets this criteria, the refund will be applied to the same credit card that was used to purchase.

We understand that sometimes online shopping can be challenging. If you feel you’ve selected the wrong colour, we’ll happily help to facilitate an exchange.

Please note: The item you're exchanging must be unused and in re-sellable condition, in the original packaging. Return postage costs will be at your expense. You must lodge a request to exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.
